The Department of MBA was established in the year 2009 and is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. The department works with the intention of preparing successful managers by molding students to work with an attitude of commitment and involvement towards the organizations they are associated with. Paper Submission Guidelines

  • The author should submit a full paper with author details in a single document to ifetmbanc2026@gmail.com
  • Author details must contain the Author's full name, Designation, Institution address, Email Id and Mobile number of all authors.
  • Students opting for on-the-spot registration are requested to inform the coordinators in advance. On 17 March 2026, they must ensure their presence on campus by 8:20 a.m. The registration will be closed by 9.30 am.
  • A cash prize will be awarded for each track individually.
  • The paper should be submitted in word doc only. (No PDF will be accepted).
  • The allowed word limit for the paper is between 5000 & 7000 words.
  • The formats for the manuscripts: Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12, Alignment: Justified Paragraphs, APA for Citations and references format, Suitable title for Figures and Tables.
  • Both the author and co-author(s) must register separately to participate in the conference.
  • At the time of submission, the research paper must not have been previously presented / published or scheduled for presentation/accepted for publication.
  • Note that plagiarized articles will be summarily rejected.
